Hey! I'm in here.

[He calls from the living room, and is currently sitting on the couch, engrossed in a game that has nothing to do with candies or crushing on his device. As she comes in he looks up and pats the couch for her to join him.]

That was fast.

[relearning]

I wasn't that far away.

[ Actually, she was just teleporting. She figured it must have been important if he was poking her to talk. But eh, tomato tomahto. She moved to sit next to him and try to get a look at what he was doing on his phone.

Figures, he'd figure games out on this thing quickly. ]

What's up?

[refining]

[Focused on his phone for a few seconds longer, he grumbles and puts it down before it can distract him more. After looking up at the woman he smiles and moves a hand to rest it on hers.]

I wanted to see you, duh.

[relearning]

[ She could have gotten snippy about making her think it was an emergency or something, but his hand on hers calmed her down enough to throw that out the window. ]

You could've just said that, dummy.

[ But she's smiling, letting her fingers entwine with his and giving his hand a squeeze. ]

[refining]

[His smile holds as he returns the squeeze and sets his grip to hold her hand snugly.]

I also wanted to talk...are we dating?

[There's no escape.]

[relearning]

[ Oh. Okay so this was what he had planned.

Fortunately for him, she wasn't planning on running from it. As much as every bit of her wanted to, she wanted to clear this up, too. ]

I ... I-I mean ... Do you want to be?

[refining]

[Elsword holds his tongue for a moment before answering her question with another question.]

What about you?

[relearning]

[ WOW RUDE

But she knew her answer. She'd known for years. ]

Yeah, of course I want to be.

[ She lets out a sigh and leans against his shoulder. ]

I ... I've kind of been in love with you for years.

[refining]

[This bring Elsword to blink and stare at her.]

Wow really?

[Now he starts blushing, a bit unsure of what to say for the moment.]

Look, she thought that after he saw her naked she may as well not hide anything from him anymore, but the way he reacted kinda made her wonder if maybe she shouldn't have said that. ]

... Mhm.

[ ... She squirms a little. ]

Stop being so quiet! It's weird!

[refining]

[Well, being so quiet isn't really helping either of them so he at least manages to clear his throat, but remains silent a few seconds longer.]

I really thought you couldn't stand me for a while.

[He then pulls her closer to slip a hand around her waist, and goes back to being quiet.]

[relearning]

[ ... Yeah, she supposed that was fair. Of course, given her attitude with him ... Why wouldn't he think that he hated her? ]

That's fair, I guess ... I still don't know why you never just told me to go away and never come back.

[ The worst of it is that she didn't know why she acted the way she did around him when she clearly couldn't imagine her life without him. At first they were just dumb kids bickering over different ways of thinking, among other things, but now ...

Well, their bickering had lessened, but there was still enough of it that it would make sense for him to think she hated him. ]

... I'm sorry.

[refining]

C'mon now. What's this?

[He asks and reaches to tilt her head up to look at him directly.]

I don't think anyone would believe this coming from Aisha Landar, greatest magician the world's ever...well two worlds now I guess. That's still weird half a year later.

[relearning]

[ Aww, cute. He was trying to cheer her up. It did help her smile a little, though. ]

Careful. You know appealing to my ego is dangerous.

[ She looked into his eyes, serious. ]

You still haven't given me an answer, too.

[refining]

[Now she causes him to grin childishly.]

Oh my, what will the grand archmage do with herself?

[He moves his hand from her waist to take hold of her other one, holding it snugly as well. Though at the serious look, he hums, pleased with himself that he's caused her to react in this way for once.]

Of course I wanna date.

[relearning]

[ It wasn't quite the same 'I love you' that she'd put forth, but she'll take it. It beats him thinking that she hates him, anyway. She could just tell that he was enjoying having her at his mercy a bit too much ... ]

For a moment I thought you might do that cheesy romantic thing where instead of actually saying it, you'd just kiss me and ask me if that answered the question.

[ She rolls her eyes. It would've been cute, but would have honestly made her mad because ... She wanted to hear it. They'd already screwed each other and it just left them wondering where they were at.

Honestly, she was glad he said it. ]

[refining]

You're too nosy for that.

[He does lean in and press a quick kiss to her lips.]

Instead I thought I'd pat myself on the back for being a brilliant tactician and having you at my mercy.

[As Elsword says this he starts laughing and pushes Aisha down onto the couch with a smirk.]

[relearning]

[ Ooh, feeling confident, is he? She'll let him have it, though. He did actually achieve what he wanted. She looks up at him with a pout of her own for a few moments, before she smiles back up at him. ]

Mm, I fell right into your trap. You know me so well.

[ She wasn't going to let him get away with it for too long, though. She grabs him by the shoulders and pulls him down enough for her to lean up and kiss him. If they end up falling to the floor because she made him lose his balance, so be it. ]

[refining]

What can I say!?

[Elsword yelps as he's pulled down for another kiss, he doesn't fight it but does lose his balance as they tumble onto the floor. He mostly doesn't mind so far and pulls away enough to groan softly.]

[relearning]

[ Oops. She laughs a little, but now she's the one on top. She reaches a hand up to rub his head a little. ]

Are you hurt? I figured your hard head could handle a bit of a tumble.

[ Here, she'll even lift herself up enough to kiss his head. Kisses made everything better. ]

[refining]

[Not finding her joke funny, he considers replying, but pauses at the kiss. He wouldn't normally agree, but kisses to make it better in this case and he relaxes on the floor for a moment and smiles again.]

Well, now what?

[relearning]

I don't know. This isn't my area of expertise.

[ She rests her head on his shoulder, looking up at him. She was comfy. This was nice. ]

Do you have any ideas?

[refining]

I thought you were an expert at everything?

[He doesn't complain though, settling to let his hands run over her back lightly.]

[relearning]

I never said everything! Just magic! And even then there are still things I'm still figuring out thanks to this place.

[ You brat. She pouts, but she'll get him back for that. It wouldn't be them if they just stopped their bickerings completely ... she leans into his neck a little to give it a lazy kiss and a nuzzle. ]

[refining]

That's now how I remember it...

[He replies in a teasing tone, but he moves a hand up to pat her head.]

This is nice though.
